Always Hanging Out!

It seems like no matter what we dress Brielle in this always happens! She is just like her Mom her pants can be no higher than her hip bones which unfortunately sometimes exposes certain areas. She was just sitting at Mona's house eating a bowl of good ol' Top Ramen watching t.v. and we could not resist the PIC! In fact she does not even know we took it! It will be a great tool for black male later.

Cousins!

Davids brother and his wife came to town for a few days and we had a lot of fun hanging out with them. Their daughter Lily sure is loved by all her cousins! Isn't she cute?

What Happened?

I want to know what happened to my sweet, quiet, laid back baby that I once had. Dawson has started this terrible phase where he yells at me because he did not get his way. It is a high pitch-squeal scream that starts and stops and he keeps doing it until you distract him or give him what he wants. It started last week when I was sharing a banana deserret with him and it was all gone, I walked away with the empty bowl and he stood on the back of the couch and yelled at me over and over again. Now this is a very angry scream not just a loud boy. At first is was really funny and we all laughed and everytime he did it we could not believe what we were seeing. I have started to put him in his bed (like a time out) I tell him no and leave him there for a few minutes. When I come back, I love him. I do not know what else to do. What do all of you think?

Bowling!

As most of you know I am a sports fanatic and really competitive, to say the least. I cannot stand to loose at anything even when it comes to driving home in two different cars I need to win!!! Recently, my family which includes my parents, by brother Eric 24, my sister Karrah 15, my sister Kaelyn 11, my brothers Ryan 6 and Scot 4 and of course my kids all went bowling. Now being the competitive family that we are we were playing for blood. I need to explain that my brother Eric actually has his own bowling shoes so he should be good which he is but the rest of us have no idea what we are doing. We had tons of fun and it is really affordable so we are making it a weekly thing. Oh yea and I sux! I cannot figure out a technique that works, so I cannot even hang with the boys and that drives me crazy.

No DNA!

Apparently I have no DNA because I do not think my kids look anything like me! This is me at 2 years old! I am such a red head! Anyways tell me what you all think.

Brielle's Surgery!

Well on January 8, Brielle had her tonsils and adenoids removed. The surgery only last about 15 minutes but is felt like an eternity to me. We were at Primary Childrens and she was having the time of her life. Brielle now tells me, "Mom remember when I died and then I awake and your there." Needless to say I am a little freaked out! She has had a rough week and so have I waking up every four hours to give her medicine it is like having a newborn. aghhhhh! This better help her streep throat issues!! 4-year Anniversary!

Well we made it a whole 4 years! YEA! Two kids, two careers a house and about 40 extras lbs., together. (This is before we started our weight loss challenge.) David has since lost 14 lbs. and I have lost about 11lbs.
