I have been so busy with work since we got back that I have been a slacker so time to continue on from our California trip. This is day 2 and we went to the "real beach" as Brielle calls it. After sitting in traffic for over an hour we finally made it to the beach. It was really strange though we could see people sitting on a big hill of sand right at the edge of the parking lot? Weird? I have never seen that before so I sent David over to investigate...........apparently the beach was having such unusually high waves that it flooded the parking lot and they had to bring tractors in to build up huge burms... It was crazy......
New camera but I have not gotten a program to help edit or resize....So the pictures looked pixelated but if you click on them you can see the detail..... I am not thin or tan but at this point I do not really care.. Look at the boat right between our heads....
The kids on the Balboa Beach Pier. They loved every minute of this experience and I was so glad to witness it..
They were absolutely fascinated. I was terrified of them falling in.........
